Delivering training, talks, and workshops on mental health and eating disorders is my passion.
This passion is driven by my personal experiences as a teenager and young adult with anorexia and complex mental illness.
Having been in excellent physical and mental health for many years, I am confident in my ability to demonstrate that happiness, recovery, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence are entirely achievable.
My extensive lived experience, combined with my work alongside psychologists, eating disorder and mental health charities, and supporting families through these complex illnesses, has provided me with valuable insights and practical knowledge that I share with my audiences.
I am a regular guest and contributor on national TV, radio, and newspapers, initiating important conversations with people worldwide in schools, universities, private hospitals, and workplaces.
